Shogun Events
Shogun provides event planning, coordination, and management services as agreed upon in written proposals, quotations, or contracts.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure event dates and vendor arrangements. The remaining balance must be paid within the timeframe stated in the contract.
Any changes to the event date, venue, or scope must be communicated in writing and may result in additional charges.
With client consent, Shogun may capture event photos/videos for quality assurance and promotional purposes.
Shogun reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
